PhantomGrid was founded in 2018 by a group of passionate Australian gamers who felt that local gaming journalism deserved better. Too often, Australian players were reading reviews written for overseas audiences, with no consideration for local server availability, community size, or the unique gaming culture of the region.
We set out to change that. Based in Sydney's tech hub at 1 Darling Island Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009, our team of dedicated journalists, critics, and esports analysts produces content specifically for the Australian gaming community.
